The thread throughout this epicurean excursion is the collective passion these chefs have for showcasing seasonal products and the freshest ingredients. Delicately paired with some of France’s most prestigious wines and Champagne, this East-meets-West dinner is culinary art at its finest.

“Working with international chefs of this caliber is very inspiring,” said Nakano. “We’re designing a menu that unites iconic cuisines, combining East and West, to create a once in a lifetime experience for our guests. I have a great respect for Chef Moret and Chef Lee and I’m looking forward to introducing them to the bounty of sustainable seafood and fresh produce available in British Columbia.”
