cards can be used anywhere in Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver just like cash.
- Your gift card does not have an expiry date and can be used in multiple
purchases until the value on the card reaches zero dollars.
- Shangri-La
Hotel, Vancouver does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
To ensure the safety of your gift card you should note down the 23 digit number
on the back of your gift card. Should you lose or misplace your gift card with a
dollar value still available on the card, please contact the Shangri-La
Hotel, Vancouver's reservations department immediately to report the card
lost or stolen.
- Shangri-La Hotel will not guarantee any amount on the
card, but will strive to deactivate any lost or stolen card.
- Management
reserves the right to re-issue any lost or stolen gift card. This may require a
processing fee and/or may require a 30 day waiting period.
- Gift cards
purchased at this site are only redeemable at Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver and
are not valid at any other Shangri-La Hotel or Resort.
- Unless otherwise
noted multiple purchases will be placed on a single gift card. Should you wish
multiple purchases on separate gift cards, we suggest separate transactions for
each card.
