SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, TIANJIN UNVEILS A NEW GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY WITH DIM SUM

With the coming of the New Year, Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin welcomes guests to experience a new gastronomic journey featuring dim sum starting from this month. Prepared by Chinese Executive Chef, Oliver Lai, the newly upgraded menu presents more than 60 kinds of authentic Cantonese dim sum, snacks, and desserts. 

Shang Palace, the well-known Chinese Restaurant, offers authentic Cantonese cuisine.  As the signature food of the restaurant, the authentic Dim Sum has gained its fame in the city for the past year. Executive Chinese Chef Oliver Lai and his team of dim sum chefs from Guangdong, making up the Shang Palace culinary brigade, delivers more classic Cantonese flavors with the chef's latest creations, including Appetizers, Steamed Rice Rolls, Lunch Specials, Seasonal Steamed Dim Sum, Fried Dim Sum, Congee and Sweet Dim Sum. 

The new menu is given a face-lift with a selection of innovative new dishes incorporating concepts with creative, healthy and green twists into sensational tastes. Using the traditional techniques and carefully selected ingredients, the authentic dim sum are made to maximize freshness and aroma, such as Steamed Rice Noodles with Pork Ribs and Bean Paste, Boiled Bean Curd Jelly in Brown Sugar as well as Deep-fried Glutinous Rice Buns with Cream, offering guests an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Enjoy 50% discount on all dim sum from Mondays to Fridays during lunch and dinner, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., only available for main dining hall at Shang Palace.
