Guest Gallery Terms and Conditions

The content on the Guest Gallery includes the work of third parties and is displayed via hashtags using Instagram’s application programming interfaces (API). Shangri-La complies fully with Instagram’s API terms of use.

Shangri-La reserves the rights to choose and remove images at its discretion.

The images displayed have been made available by Instagram users and no responsibility or liability is accepted by Shangri-La for any inaccuracies, omissions, mis-statements or errors in the tagged images.

All reasonable efforts have been made to keep the images current and up to date but use of and reference to the Guest Gallery is at your own risk.

You may not use the Guest Gallery for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and you must not violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of others including privacy rights, copyrights, moral rights and other intellectual property or proprietary rights. Shangri-La does not grant you any licence to reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any of the content of the Shangri-La Gallery.

If you are the author of any of the images and do not want them displayed in the Shangri-La Gallery, please submit your name, email and Instagram user name to us via email.

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
