Health Club

Keep fit on the go, or simply unwind

Currently we are temporarily closing down the dry saunas, steam rooms and hot whirlpool bath on the 6th Floor until further notice. 

 

The Health Club features a fully equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a hot whirlpool bath. 

Guests also enjoy access to a heated rooftop pool, and an outdoor summer pool.

The Health Club at Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei, features a fully-equipped gym with onsite personal trainers, an aerobic room where various classes are held, professional massage services, dry saunas, steam rooms and a hot whirlpool bath. Guests staying at the hotel and club members enjoy access to the Health Club and two swimming pools – a rooftop heated pool on the 43rd floor and an outdoor summer pool.

Various types of memberships are available at the Health Club.

  • Massage services are available for 60 and 90 minutes. Booklets with discounts are also offered.
  • One-on-one swimming lessons or fitness training with qualified professional trainers may be arranged. Physical Fitness Lesson packages are also available.
