Pan-Fried Prime Wagyu Beef tossed with Duck Liver

Ingredients

  • 90g of duck liver
  • 200g of Wagyu beef
  • 5g of garlic
  • 10g of barbeque sauce
  • 5g of salt
  • 10g of sugar
  • Some cornstarch

Method

  1. Pat duck liver with some cornstarch, and pan-fry.
  2. Diced the beef and pan-fry the sides slightly. Put aside for later.
  3. Then in a wok, fry the sliced garlic, and then add the duck liver and beef, as well as the barbeque sauce, salt and sugar. Serve immediately.
