Pan-Fried Prime Wagyu Beef tossed with Duck Liver
Ingredients
- 90g of duck liver
- 200g of Wagyu beef
- 5g of garlic
- 10g of barbeque sauce
- 5g of salt
- 10g of sugar
- Some cornstarch
Method
- Pat duck liver with some cornstarch, and pan-fry.
- Diced the beef and pan-fry the sides slightly. Put aside for later.
- Then in a wok, fry the sliced garlic, and then add the duck liver and beef, as well as the barbeque sauce, salt and sugar. Serve immediately.
