Black Sesame Ice Cream with Sake Wine & Miso

- 5g white
black sesame seeds through the food processor to extract the sesame oil. Add
this sesame oil to the vanilla ice-cream.
in a pot, heat the sake until the alcohol has evaporated. Add miso into it and
mix well with the ice-cream.
the ice-cream in a container and freeze.
out pieces of sponge cake with a cutter. Cut similar shapes out of the frozen
ice-cream with the same cutter.
each piece of ice-cream between two pieces of sponge cake. Serve immediately.
