Beijing-Style “Zhajiang” Noodles and Wok-Fried Beef with Bread Stick are some of the dishes to give you a Beijing culinary experience.
Jenny Gao Ning, Sous Chef of Traders Hotel, Beijing specialised in traditional Beijing snacks. Her signature dishes including Tian Jin Style Pancake and Beijing Style Noodle. With more than 25 years culinary experience and creativity, Chef Jenny also well-known on her healthy menus that she tailors made dishes based on client’s blood type.
Chef White Duan Xiao Chen has been with Oriental, Chinese Restaurant in Traders Hotel, Beijing for over 16 years. His experience reaches as far as Sichuan, Shandong and Hunan culinaries and he specialises in traditional Beijing cuisine. Chef Duan also participates in VIP banquet events and in designing signature dishes for the Oriental, Chinese Restaurant.
