Make a date with your well-being

Appointments  

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to guarantee availability. However, we encourage you to check with us, as we may also be able to accommodate you on short notice.

Check-in  

We recommend that guests check-in 15 minutes prior to all services.

Late Arrival  

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied accordingly.

Cancellations

To ensure all guests begin their treatments on time and receive the full spa experience, we request that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call at least four hours prior to the appointment. Full service charges will be applied if you fail to contact us or do not show up for your appointment.

Guest Pre-Treatment Form  

Prior to your service, you may be required to complete a Guest Pre-Treatment Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort, and to allow us to safely deliver our services by minimising any risk of injury.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescribed medications, as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our therapists of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.

Attire  

Towels, robes, slippers, undergarments and lockers are provided for use during your spa visit. It is customary to disrobe entirely, although this is completely your choice. Our therapists are trained to discretely drape a sheet over your body, only exposing the appropriate area being treated.

For Your Comfort  

To ensure you receive the utmost from your spa experience, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist regarding room temperature and treatment pressure.

Cellular Phones and Pagers  

In order to provide a tranquil ambience we ask that you respect other guests' right to privacy and silence. Please leave your mobile phone or pager turned off or placed on silent mode while at the spa.

Jewellery  

Please do not bring or wear any expensive jewellery into the spa. The spa will not bear responsibility for any loss or theft. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room.

Ages  

Our Spa treatments are designed for guests 18 years and older.

In the Spa  

For the comfort of all of our guests, our spa is a smoke-free environment. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after your treatment.
