Chef Koichi Ota invites all cooking enthusiasts to join him at Nadaman as he imparts his culinary skills and shares the secrets to preparing tantalising authentic Japanese cuisine.
Participants get to enjoy a three-course lunch based on the dishes demonstrated during the cooking class. Limited seats are available for this class, which is conducted in Japanese with English translation.
