Set on level 24 of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore, BLU restaurant offers the perfect setting for Chef Massimo Bottura's three-star Michelin restaurant's Osteria Francescana pop-up concept. With full-length glass windows, diners will be privy to lush views of Singapore's most prestigious residential precinct. The design of BLU provides the perfect setting for evening dining and features lighting effects that shine from the high barrel-shaped roof of the restaurant. The two glass murals that flank the entrance of the restaurant were created by a renowned American glass artist known for his museum-quality works, including ones found in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
