Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to change into the necessary attire. You will also be required to complete a health declaration form before the commencement of the treatment.
Attire
Spa attire, undergarments and towels will be provided for your treatment. Our therapists respect your privacy and will cover the areas of your body that are not being worked upon during the treatment.
Jewellery
Please do not wear jewellery to Rasa Spa. Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa, Singapore accepts no responsibility for the loss of any valuables or personal belongings that are brought onto the premises of Rasa Spa.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made at least four hours prior to the scheduled appointment by phone. A 50% surcharge of the treatment price (including 7% government tax) will be levied for late cancellation. A 100% surcharge of the treatment price (including 7% government tax) will be levied for no show.

Late arrival
There will be no extension of treatment time for late arrivals. The full rate of the treatment price will be charged accordingly.
Noise level control
To ensure that the peaceful sanctuary of Rasa Spa is not disrupted, use of mobile phones is not allowed during spa treatments.
Please put your phone in the silent mode or switch it off, and refrain from using it at Rasa Spa.
Children under 16 years are not permitted on the spa’s premises. In-house guests may leave children aged five to 12 in the care of Cool Zone, a supervised environment with activities.
Rasa Spa facilities
Rasa Spa guests will enjoy the spa’s facilities on a complimentary basis. For non-spa guests who would like to use the spa’s facilities, there will be a charge of SGD 15 (for resort guests) and SGD 25 (for non-resort guests). Prices are subject to 7% government tax.
