wisdom passed down by the owner and founder, Mr. Chui Fook Tsuen, Chef Yu
creates exquisite seafood delicacies by combining the freshest ingredients with
homemade sauces.
Prior to his tenure
of Executive Chef at Fook Lam Moon, Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen, he was
the Senior Chef at Fook Lam Moon, Hong Kong, from 1993 to
2008.
