Jade on 36 Chef de Cuisine Franck-Elie shares a few tricks of the kitchen from his Michelin experience during an intimate 3-hour session every second Saturday of each month. Whether you are new to cooking or an old kitchen hand, this is a rare opportunity to learn from and dine with one of the most innovative chefs in town.
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 persons per session.
RMB 498 (plus 15% service charge) per person per session. The experience includes:
