Executive Sous Chef Tobias Unger

Originally from Germany, Tobias’ experiences span over 10 years from international hotels in Germany and the Middle East, including Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai. A love at first sight the moment he set foot in Shanghai, Tobias finds new inspiration in his cuisine with the vast local produce that is easily available. He is equally excited with the seasonal produce and has been creating one-of-a-kind specialities for guests at his Master’s Table.
