Chef Didier Quennouelle
Chef Didier started his culinary career in one of the only restaurants in Luxembourg with two Michelin stars as
commis de cuisine. However, when he left the restaurant he had risen to
the rank of sous chef. He took his career to the next level as chef
de partie under the direction of Pierre Cebeillac and Dominique Bouchet,
a chef with two Michelin stars, in
Paris. For over a decade, Chef Didier developed his skills and passion
in the culinary world at luxurious Michelin-starred restaurants. In
2003, his journey continued when he joined a luxury hotel in China as
chef de cuisine. After, he moved back to Paris and worked at a
restaurant with three Michelin stars in
a luxurious palatial hotel under the direction of Jean-Yves Leuranguer.
Chef Didier combines authentic French flavours with a unique savoir
faire, which results in delectable creations.
