Sage Restaurant’s Chef de Cuisine Gilles Galli hails from Grasse in the southern part of France and has honed his culinary expertise by working in various hotels and restaurants all over his home country. He has worked for multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, which gave him valuable experience and knowledge. For the first time, Chef Gilles now finds himself in Manila to take charge of Makati Shangri-La’s latest dining destination. He offers a modern European style of cooking, uses seasonal products and spices and gives his culinary creations an enticing visual appeal.
