At Fashala Restaurant, local ingredients are ingeniously paired and prepared to offer a fine dining experience.

To delight guests with unforgettable culinary experiences, our chef and his team work in conjunction with the farmers of Meedhoo - a neighbouring island north of Villingili - and Addu fishermen to source the very best local ingredients.  

By taking advantage of local produce in the kitchen, the resort is able to provide diners with the freshest ingredients as well as support the livelihood of the local community.
