Seafood Pasta


  • 120g tagliatelle pasta
  • 40g calamari
  • 40g prawns
  • 40g red snapper, diced, no skin
  • 40g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 15g baby asparagus
  • 100ml tomato puree
  • 20g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 20g onions, chopped
  • 20g garlic, chopped
  • 5g sugar
  • 5pcs basil leaves
  • 20ml olive oil
  • 15g salt
  • 10g pepper
  • Pinch of dried chilli


  1. Boil the pasta for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat pan with 20ml olive oil and sauté onions and garlic with a pinch of dried chilli and sugar.
  3. Add calamari, diced red snapper and prawns until cooked.
  4. Add tomato puree, cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
  5. Mix in pasta and baby asparagus.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. To serve, arrange pasta in a deep dish, garnish with seafood and grated parmesan.
