GŎNG, on Level 52, derives its name from 'dougong' - a unique structural element of interlocking wooden brackets that is used in traditional Chinese architecture and also featured in the bar.
The venue's modern Asian design was inspired by the mythical aspect of cinnabar - a mineral that has been used historically to create the 'dragon red' found in the walls of Chinese Imperial Palaces.
With a number of intimate chambers (the cocktail bar, Champagne bar and swimming pool area), the interior is reminiscent of the traditional boudoirs of the West.
The dramatic backdrop of London’s skyline makes GŎNG the perfect place for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. For more information, please click here.
In addition to cocktails and other drinks, guests can enjoy a classic English afternoon tea experience high above the city from 12noon - 4pm daily. To make a booking, please click here.
Please note that GŎNG takes bookings and walk-ins (seating is subject to availability, and window seats are not guaranteed). The restaurant's spending policy requires at least GBP 30 to be spent per person, and tables are allocated for 1 hour and 30 minutes only. Please note that guests are required to be at least 18 years old to enter the bar.
Use of the infinity pool is for in-house guests only.
