Signature Events has been created to provide streamlined processing and specialised service delivery, with a wide selection of new Bonus Options.

The comprehensive portfolio of Signature Events services includes each of the following as standard:

  • Super Value Dates to enable a quick search for the best available room rate across Shangri-La hotels, resorts, Kerry hotels and Traders hotels 
  • A written basic proposal and quotation for the event within six working hours of initial enquiry
  • Group Online Reservations to save the trouble of consolidating bookings and rooming lists
  • Central Credit Administration to facilitate a credit line with multiple properties
  • Dedicated events specialists in key departments to provide seamless service throughout the hotel
  • Organizing executive events with appointed events management professional to handle all event arrangements

Further to these Signature Events initiatives, we offer even greater value-added service with the new Bonus Options collection of benefits for event planners and their delegates.

Bonus Options

Choose your event benefits from a range of carefully thought-out Bonus Options when booking a group of at least 25 paying guestrooms with minimum function-room spend. Depending on the number of guestrooms booked, we are pleased to offer the following two-tiered selection of Bonus Options.

For an event group booking of 25 guestrooms or above, please select three benefits from Bonus Options A
For an event group booking of 40 guestrooms or above, please select four benefits from Bonus Options A and B

 Bonus Options A: 

  • One complimentary guestroom upgrade for event organiser
  • One complimentary round-trip airport transfer
  • Complimentary LCD projector with two wireless microphones
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and soft drinks throughout the main event dates for up to 40 persons
  • 15% discount on in-house audiovisual equipment
  • 25% discount on all business centre services

 Bonus Options B: 

  • Complimentary guestroom for event organiser for up to two rooms per event
  • Two complimentary round-trip airport transfers
  • One complimentary welcome cocktail with one-hour standard open bar for up to 40 persons
  • Enjoy a 10% credit on your next event at any Shangri-La hotel, resort, Kerry hotel or Traders hotel*

* Terms and Conditions 

  • Credit applies for event group with a minimum total spending of USD 5,000 per event, excluding service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Credit is based on non-commissionable guestroom rates.
  • The 10% credit is subject to a maximum of USD 5,000 per event and based on total event expenses after any event credit deduction.
  • Credit is non-accumulative and can only be used for a single event at one time.
  • Earned credits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the same company that held the event.
  • All credits earned must be used within six months of group departure.
