Secretaries’ Week is that significant week in April when bosses show their appreciation for their secretaries’ dedicated work and loyalty by taking them out to lunch.
Lafite Chef de Cuisine Jean-Philippe Guiard has created a menu of classical French dishes and dessert in a three-course or four-course set. Guests have a choice of two appetisers and two main courses.
An elegant start to lunch is the Salmon Mille-Feuille with Lemon Cream, Tomato Vinaigrette and Crispy Vegetables, Pan-Fried Cod with Crispy Black Bread and a sublime Chocolate Cremeux for dessert to sum up the fine dining experience. The three-course menu is priced at MYR 138++ per person and the four-course menu is at MYR 158++.
Zipangu takes guests on a Japanese journey with two appetisers, three main courses and a dessert.
Homemade Egg Tofu with Crabmeat as an appetiser will excite palates, followed by a sumptuous main course of Tempura Assortment. The Japanese craving will be fulfilled with Green Tea Ice Cream. Guests may enjoy this do-it-yourself six-course menu for
MYR 200++ per person.
Shang Palace offers a six-course exceptional Chinese cuisine lunch menu with a special Combination Platter, followed by Braised Sea Treasure Soup with Sun-Dried Scallop as appetiser and soup.
Guests may continue with a delicious selection of Sautéed Prawns with Sichuan Garlic Spiced Sauce, Slow-Braised Pork Ribs with Black Vinegar Sauce and Wok-Fried Mee Hoon with Shredded Chicken and Curry Powder, Singapore Style.
Perfect for a boss and her secretary, this six-course menu is available at MYR 99++ per person. A minimum of two persons is required per booking.
A relaxing and enticing three-course or four-course lunch menu at Arthur’s Bar & Grill will give guests sizzling selections ranging from appetiser up to dessert. They can enjoy a nice drink, while indulging in one of these appetisers: Smoked Salmon Carpaccio with Caviar Cream, Asparagus, Micro Green and Truffle Vinaigrette and/or Wild Mushroom Soup with Garlic Croutons.
The main course choices include Grilled Marinated Chicken Fillet with Lebanese Sauce, Sautéed Fine Green Beans and Shallot, Creamy Potato or Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Rosemary Reduction, Sautéed Fine Green Beans and Smashed Potato.
Dessert is a scrumptious White Chocolate Macadamia and Coconut Tart, Vanilla Ice Cream and Toffee Sauce.
The special three-course menu is available for lunch at MYR128++ per person and the four-course menu is at MYR148++.
