Baked Chicken Roulade with Goat Cheese Stuffing


  • 180g chicken breast
  • 50g goat cheese
  • 3 pcs asparagus tips
  • 3 pcs siew pak choy 
  • 30g mixed vegetables
  • 10g bell pepper
  • 1 potato
  • 50g soy sauce
  • 5g butter
  • 5g corn starch
  • 10g sugar
  • 1 baby carrot


  1. Clean the chicken breast, removing skin and bones.
  2. Cut the chicken breast along the side until it opens up, without cutting all the way through. Clean the chicken breast.
  3. Stuff the chicken with goat cheese and roll up both sides of the breast again. Tie with butcher string.
  4. Pan-fry over medium heat until golden brown, then bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Rest for 3 minutes then cut into 2 pieces in pyramid shapes.
  6. Cook the soy, butter, starch and sugar together to make a sauce.
  7. Serve the stuffed chicken with the cooked vegetables and the soy butter sauce.
