“We would like to introduce a unique dining concept in the city,” said Mr Kyle Pretorius, executive F&B manager, who aims to provide diners with more innovative and creative dining experience. “I think it’s a great idea to be able to expose the diversity of the culinary offerings within the flagship hotel of Pudong Shangri-La in one evening.”
The gastronomic journey starts from the Grand Tower Lobby, where diners will be warmly welcomed by a Journey Ambassador who will lead them to their first stop of the evening at the Grand Tower Lounge to enjoy signature canapés.
After the warm-up appetiser, diners are invited to taste some of the best dishes at Gui Hua Lou and the main items for Teppanyaki at Nadaman.
The feast of the night comes to the climax when diners are escorted by the Ambassador to Jade on 36 Restaurant, where Chef Franck-Elie presents the fine-dining French cuisine with a modern touch and contemporary mix of eastern and western style. The sumptuous culinary journey approaches an epilogue when guests are offered tea, coffee or digestives along with petit fours at Jade on 36 Bar while being entertained by on-live talented Jazz singers.
An exclusive additional experience is the return journey in the luxury of Pudong Shangri-La’s own Rolls Royce, setting the tone for a refined and defined evening of entertainment.
