Lo Hei Yu Sheng - Prosperity Toss
From 25 January until 11 February 2014, Cafe Malacca welcomes the Year of the Horse featuring Lo Hei Yu Sheng to bring in abundance of wealth and long life. The tossing action is called “Lo Hei”, which signifies a thriving business and thus its popularity with businessmen during the Chinese New Year. Cafe Malacca offers an authentic version of Lo Hei Yu Sheng – a carrot, radish and raw fish salad, with a delicious combination of colorful and tantalizing variety of sauces and condiments.
Medium sized Lo Hei Yu Sheng (HK$198) serves 2 to 4 persons.
Large size (HK$298) serves 5 to 8 persons.
Additional Raw Fish HK$100 per dish.
Fortune Spring Menu
Signature dishes at Cafe Malacca are featured in the Fortune Spring Menu to make the arrival of the Year of Horse a memorable occasion for you. From 25 January until 11 February 2014, Fortune Spring Menu priced at HK$238 per person is a menu for a minimum of two persons. We are offering Lo Hei Yu Sheng, Satay, Klang Bakut Teh, Singapore Chilli King Prawn with Deep-fried Mantou, Singapore Hokkien Char or Penang Char Koay Teow, Ipoh Bean Sprouts or Sambal Belachan Ladies' Fingers, Kuih Dadar, Durian Pudding or Bubur Pulut Hitam, to name a few.

Cafe Malacca features authentic Malaysian and Singaporean hawker fare in a relaxed yet stylish and spacious dining room. Diners at Café Malacca are transported to the hawkers of Malaysia and Singapore for street-style food, all freshly prepared with aromatic spices, herbs and ingredients. A la carte menu is available from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. daily.
