T-Bazaar of Traders Hotel, Beijing Hosts Thai Cuisine Week

As the ancient capital city of Thailand with a long history and graceful scenery, Chiang Mai is called the Northern Rose of Thailand.  Chiang Mai cuisine offers the essence of the world's delicious food and satisfies different tastes.  From 23 July to 4 August 2013, T-Bazaar of Traders Hotel, Beijing invites guest chef, Wasana Tanthong, and her assistant, Peerapa Amthaisong, from Shangri-La Hotel, Chiang Mai to present authentic and amazing Thai food, including Spicy Prawn Soup with Thai Herbs, Thai-Style Shrimp Salad with Lemongrass, Deep-Fried Snapper topped with Chilli Sauce, Stir-Fried Crab with Turmeric Powder, Pineapple Fried Rice, and so on.
