Thanks to its own history and culture, Taiwanese cuisine has developed into a rich convergence. It has incorporated not only flavours of Dutch, Portuguese and Japanese cuisines, but also those of Fujian’s, Cantonese and indigenous ones. During this food promotion, visitors there are able to savour over 40 Taiwanese dishes such as Three-Cup Chicken, Tainan-Style Steamed Pork Spare Ribs Soup, Yilan Smoked Duckling and so on.
