Shang Palace at Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin Offers Mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival

With the Mid-Autumn Festival just around the corner, Shangri-La Hotel, Guilin offers a variety of mooncakes from 12 July to 19 September 2013 for guests to celebrate the festival with families and friends.

Shangri-la Hotel,Guilin offers five different kinds of boxed sets, including more than 20 flavours this year.  The prices range from RMB 188 to RMB 688, which can meet the different requirements of guests.  These mooncakes, with a glossy appearance, are made from the finest ingredients and have a mellow taste.

The White Lotus Bean Moon Cake has been named “gold moon cake” for five consecutive years by the China Food Industry Association Professional Committee Bakery, which organises the Chinese One Hundred Famous Brands Moon Cake Contest.

Green and health are still the eating philosophies of Shangri-la Hotel, Guilin.  Spirulina with Egg Yolk Mooncake is made from egg yolk, spirulina and white lotus bean, and looks green inside and tastes fresh.  Dahongpao flavour tea mooncake is the perfect combination of tea and mooncake. Conpoy with XO Sauce Mooncake tastes delicious.  Bird’s Nest Mooncake and Abalone Mooncake are some of the rare varieties.
