Kitsho Japanese Restaurant And Sake Bar Presents Salmon Festival

A wide range of palatable salmon dishes await guests this summer at the Salmon Festival at Traders Hotel, Manila’s home of authentic Japanese cuisine, Kitsho Japanese Restaurant and Sake Bar, from 1 April to 31 May 2014.

Guests can discover new heights in Japanese cuisine and experience salmon beyond the ordinary in a variety of tastes and servings.  Kitsho will offer 12 mouthwatering salmon dishes, namely, Sautéed Salmon with Butter Shoyu Sauce, Braised Salmon with Radish Sauce, Salmon Hotpot in Shoyu or Miso Flavor, the famed Salmon Sashimi, Salmon Aburi Sushi, Salmon Croquette, Salmon Roll, Salmon Oshisushi, Salmon Tartar Salad with Caesar Dressing, Salmon Puri Puri Salad and one of Kitsho’s signature dishes, Salmon Tartaryaki, all of which are prepared by Traders Hotel, Manila’s Japanese executive Japanese chef, Masahiro Mizumoto.

These must-try salmon dishes start at P260++.  Kitsho is open for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday and daily for dinner.  Buffet lunch is also available on Saturdays and Sundays.
