What benefits will my company receive by joining the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme?

Shangri-La Business Travel Programme benefits include:

  • Up to 10% discount on the Flexible Rates at all Shangri-La, Kerry, JEN and Traders hotels 
  • Online reservation tool and mobile app for easy booking
  • Wi-Fi access in all hotel rooms, public areas and limousines for complete connectivity
  • Exclusive amenities, including coffee / tea-making facilities in all guestrooms and access to Health Club facilities to provide travellers with the conveniences of home
  • Invitation for your company's associates to enrol in our Golden Circle loyalty programme. After staying 20 qualifying nights in a year, a member will be upgraded to Jade membership (value-added benefits include breakfast) and to Diamond membership after 50 qualifying nights (value-added benefits include access to our private Executive Club Lounges which feature daily breakfast, beverages and canapés, suit pressing as well as a selection of meeting facilities)
     


My company’s travellers have long-stay requirements. Will they receive additional benefits for these requests?

Tailor-made programmes with special benefits are available for guests who stay 14 consecutive nights or more in one of our hotels.  Hotels’ reservations teams can provide you with the terms and conditions.


My company has requirements for meetings and events. Are there any special benefits for these requests through the Shangri-La Business Travel Programme?

Hotels’ events teams will handle your company’s requests directly.  Please note that business travel rates do not apply to group bookings.
