The Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta presents the Classic Plated High Tea starting February 2014.
The classic high tea is now presented in an elegant three-tier plating concept offering the same high-quality variations of light snacks. Guests can enjoy two cups of coffee or tea, while indulging in cold, hot and sweet snacks.
A selection of light snacks, including Roasted Australian Beef on Dark Rye Bread with Mustard Dressing and Cornichons, Mini Lamb Sliders with Fried Quail Egg and Truffle Mayonnaise on Butter Rolls, the luxurious Kopi Luwak Crème Brulee, are available for afternoon tea in serenity and class.
