Cafe Malacca is renowned for its authentic Straits cuisine from Malaysia and Singapore, and all dishes are meticulously prepared by Chef Sunny Tse and his team.
From stocks to broths, all dishes at Cafe Malacca are made in-house from scratch with aromatic spices, herbs and ingredients. "We are thrilled to receive such recognition, and are proud of our offerings. Cafe Malacca has only opened for a year and it has still a long way to go," says Sunny Tse, Head Chef of Cafe Malacca. Sunny and his team are now ready for another year of exciting challenges.
"The most authentic dishes are made from our own kitchen, they are from our hearts." Aside from cooking and supervising in the Kitchen, Chef Sunny always collects opinions from Malaysian and Singaporean guests at Cafe Malacca. The team will then discuss with our consultant and find ways to improve the quality of dishes. He believes that this is the way to make Cafe Malacca deliver truly authentic Straits cuisine.
