Pan-Fried Cod Fish

Ingredients

  • 200g cod fish
  • 50g carrot
  • 100g asparagus
  • 5g olive oil
  • 2g salt
  • 100g lemon

Seasoning

  • White wine
  • Butter
  • Fresh cream

Method

  1. Pan fry the cod until desired doneness.
  2. Sauté the carrots and asparagus. 
  3. Decorate with fresh herbs or as desired.

Tip

  • Use a hot pan and olive oil to get a nice crust on the fish.
