Meeting your needs
Upon your arrival at the Spa, our Spa Consultant will conduct a brief consultation to determine the treatment that best suit your needs. Please advise the Spa consultant if you are pregnant or have any health issues including product allergies.
Our Spa consultants are experienced in all treatments and would be delighted to assist you in planning your spa and massage treatments.
Preparation for treatments
For body massage treatments especially essential oil massage, it is best to take a shower prior to the treatment. This will allow the body to absorb the essential oil after the massage to rejuvenate the skin.
What to wear
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing, as spa wear is provided in your treatment suite.
Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in your private suite and throughout the treatment you will be draped with towels, covering all parts of your body. Ladies will be given the option of including the bust area in all body treatments.
Advance booking prior to the intended treatment time is recommended. Please contact or visit the Spa should you wish to discuss your personalized treatment.
To maximize the benefits of the spa experience, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time.
Our therapists will make every effort to provide you with the full spa experience. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should another booking is made immediately thereafter.
To preserve the tranquillity and harmony within the Spa, please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode.
To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 16 years are not permitted in the Spa.
In consideration of other spa guests, we require a minimum of six hours’ notice if you are not able to make it for the appointment.
Please contact the Spa Consultant who will be happy to reschedule your appointment to another date.
