Shangri-La Hotel, Fuzhou Brings Classic Hong Kong-Style Yum Cha Back at Summer Palace

Shangri-la Hotel, Fuzhou brings Unlimited Hong Kong-Style Yum Cha back on guests’ table at Summer Palace starting today.

Hong Kong-Style Yum Cha lovers only need to spend RMB138 per person to enjoy unlimited 88 authentic Hong Kong-style dim sums and the memory of classic Yum Cha time.  Guests can get better value at RMB108 per person (from Monday to Friday) or RMB128 per person (weekend and public holiday) when making reservations at (86 591) 8798 8888 one day in advance.

The dim sum at Summer Palace is famous for its authentic taste, professional process and broad variety.  This time, the restaurant’s chefs present unlimited 88 dim sums in nine categories, including steamed, vermicelli rolls, delicious snacks, marinated, baked, appetizers, buns/rolls and desserts.  Among these, the gourmet favourites are Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo, Baked Durian Puffs and Steamed Pork Buns with Crab Roe, “Shanghai” Style.  In addition, newly created dim sums have been added, for example, Steamed Rice Rolls Stuffed with Deep-Fried Shrimp in Spinach Sauce, Deep-Fried Pastry Stuffed with Walnut and Chocolate and Steamed Egg Yolk Custard Buns with Cheese and many more.

Furthermore, Summer Palace offers specially provided self-select service for such local dishes as Fish Ball Soup, Fuzhou Pork Dumplings and Fuzhou Extra Fine Noodles to provide more options to the gourmets.
