Internationally acclaimed three-star Michelin chef and entrepreneur Jean-Georges Vongerichten will make his Canadian debut at Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver. MARKET by Jean-Georges will be the hotel's signature restaurant, offering four distinct dining atmospheres: bistro, outdoor terrace, a fine dining room and the musical chair bar with 29 seats.

The Lobby Lounge features dramatic two-storey floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking an outdoor art galleria curated by the Vancouver Art Gallery. Guests can linger over live piano music and sip premium brands, or opt for a light snack. On the third floor is a destination bar with high-top chairs, window seats and a full range of premium brands.
