With 29 years of culinary experience honed by Nadaman's stringent culinary standards, Chef Koichi Ota is well versed in all areas of Japanese culinary techniques. He will use his expertise to continue Nadaman’s tradition of presenting fine seasonal and authentic Japanese creations as well as kaiseki, described as "the art of transforming the blessings of nature into food".
