Chef de Cuisine Kevin Cherkas is posing “The Challenge” to patrons who are hungry for a fine and fun dining experience.
The six-course dinner, priced at S$139 per person, comprises of dishes from Chef Kevin’s new a la carte menu. With each course, a card is presented for patrons to guess the ingredients used. By engaging patrons’ senses and knowledge of progressive dining concepts, “The Challenge” requires patrons to select four out of eight listed ingredients on the card. The sweet reward for guessing the correct ingredients for all six courses on the first try will be a complimentary meal (excluding beverages) on the spot.
