Rates start from SGD 11,500 per month or SGD 450 per day.
- Rental is inclusive of utilities and are subject to prevailing government tax.
- A minimum lease of 7 days is required.
- Full advance rental and security deposit to be received prior to check-in.
- Pre-termination of lease is not allowed.
