Terms & Conditions
  1. Rates quoted are based on a 3-day 2-night stay. A minimum of 2 nights’ stay is required. Extension of stay will be based on Best Available Rates. Closed out dates apply.
  2. Bookings must be made online at www.shangri-la.com.
  3. Room types are subject to availability. The Executive Panoramic Room can only accommodate 2 adults. Complimentary buffet breakfast for kids is not applicable to this room category.
  4. Extra bed is chargeable at SGD 60 each (inclusive of buffet breakfast for 1).
  5. No shortening of stay is allowed. In the event of early departure, the full charge for 2 nights’ stay will apply.
  6. Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and time (check-in at 3 pm) or the full no show charge will apply.
  7. Promotional rates are not applicable to bookings by wedding couples, meeting and convention groups and group bookings.
  8. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax.
  9. Complimentary tickets for MegaZip rides are available only while stocks last. 1 complimentary ticket per booking only. Tickets are not exchangeable for cash. No substitute of tickets to other attractions will be provided in the event that MegaZip tickets are not available.
  10. The Toots Club is open from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
  11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, room package or offer.
