Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give you time to change to the necessary attire, and for us to administer a short consultation.

What to Wear

All towels and attire will be provided for your spa treatment. Our therapists respect your privacy and will ensure that areas that are not worked on during the treatment will be fully covered.

Jewellery

Guests are advised not to wear any jewellery to the spa. The resort accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables or personal belongings in the premises of the spa.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made 4 hours prior to the appointment made. We regret that a 50% surcharge will be applied for late cancellation. A 100% surcharge will be levied for no-shows.

Late Arrival

A scheduled treatment will not be extended in the event of late arrival. A full rate of the service will be charged accordingly.

Cellphone Policy

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of the spa, we discourage the use of cellular phones during spa treatments. Children below 10 years of age are not advised to enter the spa premises.
