Phase One - Completed

The rejuvenated Garden Café, located on the Ground Level, reopened to positive reviews in October 2008.  The all-day dining restaurant now features four open kitchens where guests can interact with the Chefs at their cooking stations.

Phase Two - In Progress

Guestrooms from Level 7 to 4 are now completed while guestrooms from Level 3 to 1 are undergoing progressive redevelopment at present. Public areas on the Ground Floor are developed in stages aligned with guestrooms' redevelopment, including the "Cool Lounge", meeting rooms, shops and restrooms. Scheduled for completion by late September 2009 for some sections.

The Lobby Lounge, located at ground floor is completed and scheduled to open in mid August 2009.

Phase Three - In Progress

Work has commenced on 31 August 2009. Hoardings are in place at Sigi's By The Sea. The new restaurant replacing Sigi's By The Sea (name to be determined) are expected to open by mid December 2009. Work hours shall be confined from 10am to 6pm daily with on site supervisors to monitor debris and noise.

Note: The distance of the restaurant to the nearest guestroom is approximately 32 metres / 105 feet.

Phase Four

Works on the remaining floors, Level 3 - 1, is ongoing from late July till early November 2009. During this period, redevelopment works for the Reception area and Porte Cochere will also take place as the last phase. Transformation works are to be completed by mid December 2009.
