Phase One - Completed

The rejuvenated Garden Café, located on the ground Level, reopened to positive reviews in October 2008. The all-day restaurant now features four open kitchens where guests can interact with the chefs at their cooking stations.

Phase Two - Completed

Guestrooms from Level 7 to 4 are completed and ready for guest stay. The Lobby Lounge, located at ground floor is completed and open in late August 2009 with nightly new resident live band. Other completed public areas at the ground floor are the new "Cool Lounge", gymnasium and restrooms, opened to positive reviews in mid September 2009.

Phase Three - Completed

Meeting rooms and ballroom has been completed and in operation since mid October 2009. To date, these function rooms have hosted a number of meetings and events. Guestrooms from Level 3 to 1 are completed and expected to open for booking in early November 2009. Reception area and Porte Cochere transformation works are done and this newly rejuvenated central area was opened mid November 2009. Hair, nail and beauty salon is scheduled to open completely by mid December 2009.

Phase Four - In Progress

Work for this phase started on October 2009. Hoardings are in place at the new Beach restaurant site. The new restaurant & Bar (formerly known as Sigi's By The Sea, new name to be determined) is expected to open by late January 2010. Work hours shall be confined from 10am to 6pm daily with on site supervisors to monitor debris and noise. Kuda Laut pool bar is opened as per normal.

Note: The distance of the restaurant to the nearest guestroom is approximately 32 metres / 105 feet away and all the heavy work with machinery has been completed already.
