A minimum lease of one month is required.

For tenancy of less than three months, a security deposit of one month’s rental is required.  For tenancy of more than three months, a security deposit of one-month rental plus a one-month advance rental is required.

For any early check out prior to the agreed date of the lease, 10 percent of the balance of the total rental will be levied.  All incidentals charged to the apartment must be paid by the end of each month.
