Executive Chef

Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, Award-winning Executive Chef Emil Minev has more than 20 years of international culinary experience. He trained under the guidance of acclaimed chefs in prestigious cooking institute including the Alain Ducasse Formation Centre in Paris, El Bulli in Barcelona, and Le Cordon Bleu Institute in London.

Creative and contemporary, Chef Emil likes to tailor his cuisine according to the fresh local products available. Inspired by the variety of local ingredients found in the surrounding waters and neighbouring local farms, Chef Emil promises to delight guests with innovative recipes where fresh tuna fuses with papaya and where coconut metamorphoses into a subtle dessert.
