Chef Ishii Takayuki brings his food to life using vivid seasonal colours and natural flavours. A simple wish to eat healthy home-cooked food—his own food—spurred him into the kitchen as a professional. He worked in one of Tokyo’s most renowned traditional Japanese restaurants, and today we are fortunate to have his experience in preparing unique and healthy fare at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
