Chinese Executive Chef Tan Kim Weng has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, specialising in Szechuan and both modern and traditional Cantonese cuisine. In his new capacity, Chef Tan reports directly to the executive chef and is set to lead a brigade of determined chefs by bringing his initiative, creativity and excellent knowledge of culinary trends to Shang Palace. Chef Tan is all set to thrill the taste buds of his diners.
