How to create your CustomStay package
Simply start making your room reservation on Shangri-La.com by choosing our "Best Available Rate/CustomStay" rates and then select your desired room type. In the subsequent screen, a list of our CustomStay services for that hotel will be available for your selection. As you start adding CustomStay services to your booking, you will notice the Total Room Rate changing at the bottom of the page to reflect the additional service that you are adding, so that you know exactly what you are buying.
