Our state-of-the-art Health Club features a selection of the latest fitness equipment and refreshing views of the gardens and the South China Sea.  Professionally trained staff is on hand to assist you with your personal training programme. 

The Health Club also features six massage treatments rooms, a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam baths, as well as foot reflexology, massage and aromatherapy facilities perfect for rejuvenating tired muscles. Massage treatments can also be done in the relaxing Tanjung Garden or at the Gazebo beside the Leisure Centre.

The Health Club, measuring 350 sq metres, is located at the Garden Level of the Kinabalu Wing. Swimwear and other athletic wear are available at the Hotel Shop on the Garden Level, Tanjung Wing.

The club is open from 6am to 11pm.
