A Night With the Stars
Capturing the spirit of a classic Hollywood party, guests are entertained by celebrity impersonators featuring stars like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, and famous characters such as Superman, Dick Tracy, and The Mask. A glamorous dinner takes place with an inviting series of gastronomic indulgences and attentive service by our staff, who make the guests feel like the true stars of the night.
Back to the Fifties

Relive the heyday of rock and roll, bobby socks, and late nights at the soda shop with this theme, which creates a lively and social party atmosphere in the youthful spirit of the 1950s. The function area is decorated with a myriad of ribbons, balloons, and colourful tablecloths, with many separate food stations serving burgers, hot dogs, chocolate malts, and other Fifties favorites.

The juke box machine and deejay console is always ready to play a song from one of the popular performers of the era, including Elvis Presley and Little Richard.

Carnival of Clowns

Transport your guests into the entertaining world of circus entertainment, where fun, magic and laughter prevails. Bands of clowns, fun games, and humorous contests create an engaging atmosphere, complemented by colourful balloons, satin banners, gamestalls and a cotton candy machine.

For dinner, enjoy a range of tempting international specialties to cap off your evening at the carnival.

Jungle Night

This theme is based on wilderness adventures in jungles of Borneo. The trek begins with a tunnel of dark, moist tropical foliage leading guests into a ballroom transformed into a lush rainforest. Ancient tribal warriors stand guard over the forest as the primal sounds of birds and other creatures create an atmosphere of adventure.

The beat of drums announces the beginning of dinner, a delicious spread showing the wide range of Sabah's traditional cuisines. Guests dine on cushions at low tables set with banana leaves.

Malaysian Hawkers Night

The thunderous beat of the kompang drum creates an impressive welcome as guests enter. The entrance is an arch of coconut fronds and nipah leaves, reminiscent of a typical reception to a village festivity.

Guests, donned in colourful batik sarongs, can browse the hawker stalls and feast on a sumptuous array of satay, barbecues, nasi lemak, roti canai, soto, rojak, Laksa noodles and delightful spice-laden dishes. The hawkers themselves entertain guests with a demonstration of Teh Tarik and Roti Canai making.

Pirate Night

Draw anchor and set sail in swashbuckling style for an evening with the infamous Long John Silver, Black Beard and Captain Hook.

Cross a gangplank into a bygone era whence pirates roam the high seas to pillage and plunder.  The revellers sport eye patches, head scarves and wield swords as they sweep into the arena.  A motley crew of deckhands wait upon guests whilst they dine on a lavish bounty of the day’s catch.

The pirates' crew will contrive numerous games to test your  guests' pirate skills and knowledge.

Shanghai Night
Have a classic Chinese evening with feasting, opulent costumes, and period music. The hall is converted into a showcase of the fashionable and extravagant Shanghai society from bygone eras. Guests dine on traditional delicacies once reserved only for the most elite members of society.
Under the Stars

Imagine yourself and your guests on a peaceful tropical beach with the wind blowing through the coconut palm trees. Suddenly, large white flags begin to flap in the moonlight, a huge bonfire casts shadows into the night, the sound of beating drums is heard, and smoky oil lanterns are lit, signalling the beginning of an ancient tribal festival under the stars.

While your guests enjoy this beachside show, a buffet dinner is spread atop old chests that have been designed to appear as if they had just washed up onshore. The dinner comprises international favourites, as well as traditional local specialties fit for a warrior from the bygone days of Borneo.
