Their service counter can be found at the Airport immediately after exiting the arrivals gate. Our Airport Representatives, uniformed in Red Jackets are ready to provide you with any assistance you may required.
Should you require an airport pick-up for you, simply provide us with your choice of vehicle type, airline name, flight number, and estimated time of arrival when you make your room booking online, or contact Shangri-La Jakarta directly at least four hours in advance.

Via Taxi
We recommend using only the BlueBird or the more upscale SilverBird taxi services. To access the SilverBird from the airport Transportation Service booth which is situated in front of the departures area. Fare for a SilverBird Taxi to the hotel is approximately from IDR 230,000 to IDR 270,000.
A surcharge of IDR 8,000 or USD 1 is required for every taxi leaving the airport.
